Mycorrhizal Quantitative Analysis

Determines the concentration of viable mycorrhizal propagules present in a sample, including spores, colonized root fragments, and hyphal fragments where applicable. Results provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA) reporting propagule counts per gram or other specified unit, allowing verification of product label claims and quality control.

MYC-MI

Mycorrhizal Morphological Identification

Uses microscopic examination to identify mycorrhizal fungal species based on spore morphology, size, color, wall structure, subtending hyphae, and other diagnostic characteristics. This test helps verify species composition, detect contaminants, and confirm product identity.

MYC-VP

Mycorrhizal Viability & Performance

Evaluates whether mycorrhizal propagules are alive and capable of forming functional symbiosis with a suitable host plant. Samples are inoculated onto a compatible host under controlled conditions, and root colonization is assessed to verify infectivity and biological performance.
